Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
Do Heybike electric bikes come pre-assembled?
Our bikes arrive approximately 85% pre-assembled. We provide all necessary tools and a comprehensive video guide to help you complete the final steps in about 30 minutes.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused bikes in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee and return shipping costs may apply.
What kind of warranty is included with my purchase?
Every Heybike comes with a 1-year limited warranty covering the frame, motor, battery, and electronic components against manufacturing defects.
