At Heybike, we want you to ride with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your e-bike or accessories within 30 days of delivery in their original condition.
Submit a Request
Contact our customer support team or visit our online returns portal to initiate your request with your order number and reason for return.
Receive Authorization
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions for your bike.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the item in its original packaging to prevent transit damage and attach the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier.
Inspection and Refund
After our technicians inspect the returned product for quality and condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
